This unique Real Estate event focuses on business and commercial Property Development such as office buildings, shopping centers, entertainment parks, storage areas and parking buildings, as well as residential compounds in urban and seaside locations.
During the last few years Prodexpo has expanded its focus from Greece's market to neighboring countries including Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. Prodexpo is attracting increasingly more participants from these countries, thus emerging as a wider regional Real Estate event, while at the same time enhancing its focus on global current issues such as Green Construction and Green Tourism.

Event identity: Prodexpo covers a wide spectrum of subjects related to real estate development and management, and examines the growing role of real estate as an important vehicle for economic growth. Speakers and exhibitors represent a wide array of related industries, including real estate developers and consulting agencies, property investment organizations, construction companies and consortiums, architectural offices, experts on specialized structures, as well as state agencies and semi-public entities in charge of developing the real estate property of the Greek State.
The event aims to bring together all organizations and individuals involved in the real estate and property development sectors of the region, in order to create a more rationalized, competitive and attractive real estate market in Greece and Southeast Europe.
