ECONOMIC SUMMIT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA
Organized for 10 consecutive years in Belgrade. The objective of the Summit is to examine the opportunities and challenges of the economic and business cooperation in the Southeast European region with an emphasis on the most recent developments and future prospects in the Serbian market. More than 400 senior executives from Serbia and abroad participate every year in this annual event. The entire Cabinet of the Republic of Serbia participate at the Summit, which is considered to be the most prominent Round Table conference with the Government of Serbia.

Upcoming event on December 16, 2010 - AeroClub of Belgrade:
Thessaloniki Port Authority. T.G.I organizes for
the Thessaloniki Port Authority a presentation/ business forum on
“Business cooperation prospects with ThPA SA”. ThPA SA aims to enhance
cooperation with interested companies -members of Serbian Chamber
of Commerce & Industry- and would like to present and discuss
business prospects of mutual benefit with them.
Round Table Discussion: Enhancing
Entrepreneurship in Serbia. SMEs & Economic Development. One
day event organized for the Hellenic Leadership Institute. The round
table discussion was attended by more than 50 guests. (1st October,

2nd Health Care Policy Forum.
The second conference on health issues was opened by the State Secretary
of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Tomislav
Stantic, and was attended by more than 150 delegates, specialized
in the health sector (11, June 2010 – Hyatt Regency Hotel of Belgrade)
1st Health World Conference.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Health of the Republic
of Serbia, Dr. Nevena Karanovic, opened the proceedings of the 1st
conference on health issues, which was attended by more than 150
participants (26, June 2009 – Hyatt Regency Hotel of Belgrade)
3rd HEPO – Hellenic Export Promotion
Organization Delegation. T.G.I organized the third visit
to Belgrade of a HEPO Delegation which included more than thirty
representatives from Greek companies who participated in a business
forum on economic cooperation between Greece and Serbia, and to
one-to-one meetings with Serbian companies involved in the same
field of activities ( 22-25, June 2009 –Zira Hotel in Belgrade)
1st Conference on Public Private Partnerships.
The State Secretary of Economy & Privatization of the Republic
of Serbia, Mr. Nebojsa Ciric, as well as the UK Ambassador in Serbia,
Mr. Stephen Wordsworth, opened the proceedings of the conference
which covered various issues on PPPs and was addressed by Speakers
from Serbia and abroad. The event was attended by more than 200
delegates (10, March 2009 – Hyatt Regency Hotel of Belgrade)
2nd HEPO – Hellenic Export Promotion
Organization Delegation. T.G.I organized the second visit
to Belgrade of a HEPO Delegation which included more than thirty
companies from Greece, keenly interested in expanding their business
relations with counterparts in the Serbian market. Representatives
of the participating companies attended a business forum addressed
by the Director of the Privatization Agency in Serbia and took part
in several one-to-one meetings with Serbian companies of the same
field of activities (7-8, July 2008 –AeroClub in Belgrade)

Organization Delegation. T.G.I organized the first visit
to Belgrade of a HEPO Delegation which included more than thirty
representatives from food, pharmaceutical, construction, export-import
companies, who attended several meetings with Serbian companies
of the same field of activities ( 8-9, October 2007 –AeroClub in
Belgrade)
Opening of NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE in
the Republic of Serbia. Two events in two days in the cities
of Novi Sad and Belgrade to celebrate the official opening of the
National Bank of Greece in the country with the participation of
more than 1,000 guests (3-4, October 2007).
Superbrands. In 2006, T.G.I.
had the pleasure of introducing the Superbrands institution to Serbia.
The Superbrands institution was established more than ten years
ago in the UK and up until now has been successfully accepted in
60 countries around the world. It aims at promoting ‘brands’ as
a specific marketing sector, as well as awarding qualitative brands,
both national and international (16, April 2006 – Sava Center Belgrade)
1st Energy Forum of Serbia and Montenegro.
The best strategies, through discussing experiences from the region,
in order to conduct the privatization of the Oil Industry of Serbia
were presented at the Conference which was attended by more than

Opening of EUROBANK EFG in the Republic
of Serbia. The event was attended by 1,000 guests at the
National Theater of Belgrade. The President of the Republic of Serbia,
Mr. Boris Tadic, welcomed the event (16, February 2005).
Executive Cars Exhibition. 5,000
visitors attended this exclusive show, amongst which prominent members
from Serbia’s political and economic scenes, where they had the
opportunity to see the most luxurious cars and the newest models
