The organisation recognizes that, due to the nature of its operations, bribery in any form may pose a significant risk. As such, Tsomokos Communications is fully committed to the implementation of this Policy to ensure compliance with the highest standards, as well as applicable national and European regulations and legislation concerning financial crime.

Tsomokos Communications is committed to taking proactive actions and measures to raise staff awareness and to detect and prevent potential bribery incidents.

The organisation is dedicated to implementing and maintaining effective procedures to prevent and combat bribery, including the following:

• A clear and well-defined anti-bribery policy is in place.
• A zero-tolerance approach towards bribery is strictly enforced. Tsomokos Communications is committed to conducting all of its business activities and relationships with professionalism, legality, and integrity, wherever they take place.
• All applicable anti-bribery laws are strictly observed across all business operations. Specifically, Tsomokos Communications commits to implementing and enforcing effective anti-bribery systems in accordance with all relevant national and European legislation, as well as United Nations conventions and regulations.
• All business dealings are conducted fairly, honestly, transparently, and with integrity.
• Due diligence is applied, where necessary, to all parties and individuals working with or on behalf of Tsomokos Communications.
• All employees and third parties acting on behalf of Tsomokos Communications are trained to identify, prevent, and avoid involvement in any form of bribery, either directly or indirectly.
• Tsomokos Communications encourages vigilance among employees and service providers, urging them to report any suspicions of bribery. Appropriate communication channels are in place, and all reports are treated with confidentiality and care.
• Tsomokos Communications complies with the requirements of the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System and is committed to the continual improvement of its anti-bribery management framework.
• All reported allegations of bribery are thoroughly investigated, and the company cooperates fully with law enforcement and competent authorities in the event of any legal proceedings.

This Policy is binding upon all Tsomokos Communications employees, regardless of function or seniority, as well as subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, business partners, and any third party acting on behalf of Tsomokos Communications.

Any interested party may report suspected illegal or questionable activities involving Tsomokos Communications by emailing compliance@tsomokos.gr. Reports will be received by the Anti-Bribery Team, which will review and handle the matter in strict confidentiality.
